S-12bS.C. 1992, c. 1, s. 69(2)cR.S., c. F-11(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1012 of July 18, 2018d;dSI/2018-68(b)designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Acta; and(c)designates the Minister of Industry as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council for the purposes of the Financial Administration Actc.
