Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 4 of the Poverty Reduction Acta,S.C. 2019, c. 29, s. 315repeals Order in Council P.C. 2020-123 of March 9, 2020b; andSI/2020-28designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
