Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, makes the annexed Consular Services Fees (Performance Standards) Remission Order under subsection 23(2.1)a of the Financial Administration Actb.S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 7(2)R.S., c. F-11Remission and conditionRemission is granted of the fee paid or payable by a person under section 4 of the Consular Services Fees Regulations for a travel document if the person is entitled, under section 7 of the Services Fees Act, to a remission of 100% of the fees that were paid by them under the Passport and Other Travel Document Services Fees Regulations for the issuance of that travel document.
