His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, is pleased herebypursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition department in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, to designate the National Transportation Act Review Commission as a department for the purposes of that Act; andpursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, to designate the Prime Minister as the appropriate Minister with respect to the National Transportation Act Review Commission.
