His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, is pleased herebypursuant to the definition of Minister in section 2 of the Export Development Act, to designate the Minister for International Trade, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act; andpursuant to paragraph (d) of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, and subparagraph (a)(ii) of the definition of appropriate Minister in subsection 83(1) of that Act, to designate the Minister for International Trade, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the appropriate Minister with respect to Export Development Canada for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act.2001, c. 33, ss. 30, 31(F).
