Whereas the Minister of Transport has received an application to exempt Kapisikama Lake, located in Quebec, from the application of section 23a of the Canadian Navigable Waters Actb;aS.C. 2019, c. 28, s. 57bR.S., c. N-22; S.C. 2012, c. 31, s. 316; S.C. 2019, c. 28, s. 46And whereas the Governor in Council is satisfied that this exemption would be in the public interest;Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Order Exempting Kapisikama Lake, Located in Quebec, from the Application of Section 23 of the Canadian Navigable Waters Act under subsection 24(1)a of the Canadian Navigable Waters Actb.Exemption
