His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Secretary of State for External Affairs, pursuant to section 3 of the Privileges and Immunities (International Organizations) Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order respecting the status in Canada of the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property.Short Title

1This Order may be cited as the I.C.S.P.R.C.P. Status Order.

Interpretation

2In this Order, Organization means the International Center for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property.

Status

3The Organization shall have in Canada the legal capacities of a body corporate.
