His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(a)* of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations prescribing the fees to be paid by the users of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Automated Fingerprint Identification System.*S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 6Short Title

1These Regulations may be cited as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Automated Fingerprint Identification System Fees Regulations.

Fee

2The fee to be paid by law enforcement agencies for the use of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Automated Fingerprint Identification System is $33.79 annually per sworn police officer.
