His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to paragraph 55(1)(z) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Acta, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Exempting Certain Precursors and Controlled Substances from the Application of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.aS.C. 1996, c. 19Exemptions

1The substances set out in Schedule I are exempt from the application of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
