12 Subsection 70(3) of the Act is replaced by the following:
Marginal note:Punishment
(3) Every person who contravenes an order made under this section is guilty of
(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than five years; or
(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
