70 Subsection 201(1) of the Act is replaced by the following:

201 (1) Every person who keeps a common gaming house or common betting house is guilty of
(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years; or
(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
