79 Section 237 of the Act is replaced by the following:
Marginal note:Punishment for infanticide
237 Every female person who commits infanticide is guilty of
(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than five years; or
(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
