150 Subsection 394(5) of the Act is replaced by the following:

  • Marginal note:Offence

    (5) A person who contravenes subsection (1), (2) or (3) is guilty of

    • (a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than five years; or

    • (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
