84 Schedule II to the Act is amended by adding, in alphabetical order, a reference to
Canadian Energy Regulator Act
Loi sur la Régie canadienne de l’énergie
and a corresponding reference to “subsections 58(1) and (2), 113(2) and 114(4)”.
