Marginal note:Replacement of “Committee”

25 The Act is amended by replacing “Committee” with “Agency” in the following provisions:

• (a) subsections 19(2) and (4.1) to (6);

• (b) subsection 19.1(1);

• (c) subsection 19.2(1); and

• (d) subsection 20(1).
