Great Lakes Pilotage Regulations
Version of section 9 from 2009-02-12 to 2011-06-30:
9 A pilotage certificate issued by the Authority permits its holder to have the conduct of the ship of whose complement the holder is a regular member in each compulsory pilotage area in respect of which the pilotage certificate was issued.
