51 (1) When an examination is made of a standard quantity commodity that is in a liquid or near liquid state at a temperature of 20°C and has its quantity stated in units of volume, the quantity of the commodity shall be determined at a temperature of 20°C.
(2) When an examination is made of a standard quantity commodity that is in a frozen state and has its quantity stated in units of volume, the quantity of the commodity shall be determined at the temperature at which it is customarily offered for sale.
