1 The following definitions apply in these Regulations.

Act

Act means the Canadian Energy Regulator Act. (Loi)

applicant

applicant means the applicant for

• (a) a certificate under subsection 182(1) of the Act;

• (b) an order under subsection 214(1) of the Act;

• (c) a certificate under subsection 262(1) of the Act; or

• (d) an authorization under subsection 298(1) of the Act. (demandeur)

Commission

Commission means the Commission referred to in section 26 of the Act. (Commission)
