Special Counting of Prior Service Regulations (Health Care Services for the Benefit of the Canadian Forces) (SOR/90-631)

5 Where a person makes an election under section 3 after ceasing to be employed in the Public Service but within one year after the coming into force of these Regulations, that election shall be deemed for the purposes of subsection 8(1) of the Act to have been made while the person was employed in the Public Service.
