Disclosure of Charges (Banks) Regulations

8 (1) A bank shall maintain, at each branch of the bank, a list of the charges applicable to deposit accounts with the bank and the usual amount charged by the bank for services normally provided by the bank to its customers and to the public.

(2) A bank shall, on request, make the list referred to in subsection (1) available to customers of the bank and to the public for inspection during business hours at each branch.
