Version of section 6 from 2007-02-22 to 2016-02-04:
6 No person in Canada and no Canadian outside Canada shall knowingly make available to any person in Iran any property, financial assistance or investment, related to the supply, sale, transfer, manufacture or use of any of the products referred to in section 3.
