Marginal note:Maximum quantity — dwelling

• 230 (1) In the case of a sales establishment that is a dwelling, no more than 50 000 blank cartridges for tools may be stored at any one time.

• Marginal note:Maximum quantity — other sales establishment

  (2) In the case of a sales establishment that is not a dwelling, no more than 150 000 blank cartridges for tools may be stored at any one time, including those that are displayed for sale. Blank cartridges for tools that are not displayed for sale must be stored in a Footnote ^*storage unit.
