Marginal note:Storage — licensed user
263 (1) A user who holds a licence must store their high-hazard special purpose explosives in the magazine specified in their licence.
Marginal note:Storage — unlicensed user
(2) A user who does not hold a licence must store their high-hazard special purpose explosives in a Footnote *storage unit and ensure that the requirements of sections 264 and 265 are met.
