    2 In these Regulations,

    holdings

    holdings means

    • (a) claims located or granted and lands leased for prospecting under the Yukon Placer Mining Act,

    • (b) mineral claims or locations and leases thereof within the meaning of the Yukon Quartz Mining Act,

    • (c) mining claims or claims, leases thereof and permits or prospecting permits within the meaning of the Canada Mining Regulations,
