Footnote *3 These Regulations come into force on the day on which the Aircraft Protocol, as defined in subsection 2(1) of the International Interests in Mobile Equipment (aircraft equipment) Act, chapter 3 of the Statutes of Canada, 2005, comes into force for Canada.

2 Five years after the day on which these Regulations come into force, sections 426 to 436 of the Bank Act cease to apply to aircraft objects that were registered under those sections before that day.
