Footnote *95 These Regulations come into force on the day on which subsection 293(1) of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, chapter 23 of the Statutes of Canada, 2009, comes into force.

1 In these Regulations, Act means the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act.
Fees
(2) There is no fee payable in respect of the following services:
(c) the receipt and examination by the Director of a request for a cancellation referred to in subsection 289(1) of the Act, in the circumstance referred to in paragraph 93(1)(b) of these Regulations; or
(2) For the purpose of subsection 283(3) of the Act, the prescribed periods are
(a) in respect of an application for an exemption referred to in section 88 of these Regulations, six years beginning on the day on which the application is received by the Director;
