23 These Regulations apply to the renewal or on-going administration of a credit agreement that was entered into before these Regulations came into force.
25 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.

6 (1) For the purpose of subsection 568(1) of the Act, an authorized foreign bank that grants credit must, in writing, provide the borrower with a disclosure statement that provides the information required by these Regulations to be disclosed.
(4) Any disclosure that is required to be made by an authorized foreign bank under these Regulations must be made in language, and presented in a manner, that is clear, simple and not misleading.
