    • 16 The waters of the Nottawasaga River in the Town of Wasaga Beach, in the County of Simcoe, lying between the northerly edge of Main Street Bridge and the water’s edge of Nottawasaga Bay of Georgian Bay and the waters of Georgian Bay being that part of Lake Huron lying east of a line described as follows:

      BEGINNING at the most northerly point in the water’s edge along the shore of Cape Hurd on Bruce Peninsula; THENCE northwesterly in a straight line to the most southerly point on the water’s edge along the shore of Hungerford Point on Manitoulin Island; THENCE in a general northerly direction following that water’s edge to the most easterly point thereon along the shore of Meshkodeyang Point; THENCE easterly in a straight line to the most southwesterly point in the water’s edge along the shore of Northwest Burnt Island; THENCE in a general northerly direction following that water’s edge to the most northerly point thereon; THENCE northerly in a straight line to the most southerly point on the water’s edge along the shore of Evans Point on Badgeley Island; THENCE in a general easterly and northeasterly direction following the water’s edge along the southerly and easterly shore of Badgeley Island to the most northwesterly point thereon; THENCE north astronomically to the water’s edge along the southeasterly shore of Badgeley Point.
