    Being a surface abutting each end of the strips associated with runways 06L-24R, 06R-24L, 10-28 and 18-36 and more particularly described as follows:

    • (a) a surface abutting the end of the strip associated with runway 06L-24R consisting of an inclined plane having a ratio of one (1) foot (0.3048 metre) measured vertically to fifty (50) feet (15.24 metres) measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip, one thousand (1,000) feet (304.8 metres) measured vertically above the elevation at the end of the strip and fifty thousand (50,000) feet (15 240 metres) measured horizontally from the end of the strip, the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being eight thousand (8,000) feet (2 438.4 metres) from the projected centre line, and

    • (b) a surface abutting the end of the strips associated with runways 06R-24L, 10-28 and 18-36 consisting of an inclined plane having a ratio of one (1) foot (0.3048 metre) measured vertically to forty (40) feet (12.192 metres) measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of each strip, two hundred and fifty (250) feet (76.2 metres) measured vertically above the elevation at the end of each strip and ten thousand (10,000) feet (3 048 metres) measured horizontally from the end of the strip, the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being one thousand two hundred and fifty (1,250) feet (381.0 metres) from the projected centre line,
