21 The waters in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying within a line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly boundary of the Territorial District of Thunder Bay with the international boundary between Canada and the United States of America; THENCE in a general easterly direction along the international boundary to its intersection with a line drawn south astronomic from the intersection of the water’s edge and northerly limit of the Pigeon River with the water’s edge and northwesterly limit of Lake Superior; THENCE north along that line to its intersection with the water’s edge and northwesterly limit of Lake Superior; THENCE in a general northeasterly direction along the water’s edge and northwesterly and northerly limit of Lake Superior to its intersection with the water’s edge and easterly limit of the Nipigon River; THENCE northerly along the water’s edge and easterly limit of the Nipigon River, Helen Lake and Jessie Lake to the intersection with the northerly face of the dam at the outlet of Forgan Lake; THENCE northwesterly along the face of the dam to the water’s edge on the westerly shore of Forgan Lake; THENCE in a general northwesterly and northeasterly direction along the water’s edge of Forgan Lake and Nipigon Lake to its intersection with the water’s edge and westerly limit of the Pikitigushi River; THENCE northerly along the water’s edge and westerly limit of the Pikitigushi River to its intersection with the centreline of the Canadian National Railway Right of Way; THENCE westerly along that centreline to its intersection with the water’s edge on the westerly shore of the Allan Water River; THENCE southeasterly in a straight line to the water’s edge and westerly limit of the Brightsand River where it intersects the water’s edge and easterly limit of the Allan Water River; THENCE in a general southeasterly direction along the water’s edge and westerly limit of the Brightsand River, McEwen Lake, Antler Lake, Wapikaimaski Lake, Harmon Lake, Brightsand Lake, Metionga Lake, Little Metionga Lake and Moberley Lake to its intersection with the easterly boundary of Block No. 6 of the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway grant; THENCE southerly along the easterly boundary of that Block to the southeast corner thereof; THENCE westerly along the southerly boundary of that Block to the southwest corner thereof; THENCE southerly along the easterly boundary of the Territorial District of Thunder Bay to the place of beginning; together with the waters of Hawk Lake (49°11′N., 91°57′W.), Mosher Lake (48°59′N., 90°55′W.), an unnamed lake situated at approximate Latitude 49°00′N., Longitude 90°58′W., Nemiman Lake (48°56′N., 90°59′W.), an unnamed lake situated at approximate Latitude 48°56′N., Longitude 90°58′W., an unnamed lake situated at approximate Latitude 48°56′N., Longitude 90°58′W., an unnamed lake situated at approximate Latitude 48°52′N., Longitude 90°57′W., an unnamed lake situated at approximate Latitude 48°51′N., Longitude 90°58′W., an unnamed lake situated at approximate Latitude 48°49′N., Longitude 90°58′W., an unnamed lake situated at approximate Latitude 48°47′N., Longitude 90°57′W., Boundary Lake (48°44′N., 90°58′W.), an unnamed lake situated at approximate Latitude 48°41′N., Longitude 90°58′W., Little Trout Lake (48°39′N., 90°57′W.), Tilly Lake (48°38′N., 90°57′W.), Ross Lake (48°22′N., 90°56′W.), Bitchu Lake (48°19′N., 90°57′W.) and Smally Lake (48°19′N., 90°58′W.); EXCEPTING thereout and therefrom the waters of Division 32 and Selwyn Lake (50°02′N., 85°38′W.).
