 For the purpose of subsection 5(1) of the Act, the information set out in column 3 of the table to this section must be collected in accordance with the standard set out in column 2, with the testing procedure adjusted in accordance with paragraphs 648(2)(a) and (b), and be provided to the Minister in respect of a refrigerated beverage vending machine described in column 1.

  • (f) the percentage of the surface area on the front side that is transparent.
