Version of section 11.9 from 2021-07-01 to 2024-10-30:
11.9 The employer shall keep a copy of
(a) each report submitted under section 11.7.1 or 11.8 for a period of 10 years after the day on which the report is submitted to the Head of Compliance and Enforcement; and
(b) the record or report referred to in section 11.5 or subsection 11.6(1) or 11.7(1) for a period of 10 years after the day on which the hazardous occurrence occurred.
