National Parks of Canada Fishing Regulations
10 (1) No person shall, on any day, catch in the park waters set out in column I of an item of Part I of Schedule III, a number of fish of a species set out in column II of that item, or retain a number of fish of that species
(a) in excess of the daily catch and possession limit set out in column III of that item; or
(b) of an overall length in excess of or less than, as the case may be, the overall length, if any, set out in column III of that item.
(2) No person shall at any time have in possession within the boundaries of a park set out in column I of an item of Part I of Schedule III a number of fish of a species set out in column II of that item
(a) in excess of the daily catch and possession limit set out in column III of that item; or
(b) of an overall length in excess of or less than, as the case may be, the overall length, if any, set out in column III of that item.
