National Parks of Canada Fishing Regulations
11 No person shall
(a) on any day, catch in the park waters set out in column I of an item of Part II of Schedule III, a number of fish of the species set out in column II of that item, or retain a number of fish of those species, in excess of the aggregate daily catch and possession limit set out in column III of that item;
(b) at any time, have in possession within the boundaries of a park set out in column I of an item of Part II of Schedule III, a number of fish of the species set out in column II of that item in excess of the aggregate daily catch and possession limit set out in column III of that item; or
(c) fish on any day after having, on that day, caught in park waters set out in column I of an item of Part II of Schedule III, a number of fish of the species set out in column II of that item and retained the aggregate daily catch and possession limit set out in column III of that item.
