B.11.003A [S]. Frozen Mushrooms
(a) shall be the product obtained by freezing properly prepared mushrooms of the cultivated type; and
(b) may contain citric acid, sodium metabisulphite, sodium phosphate, dibasic, sodium sulphate and salt.
