Order Designating Certain Portions of the Public Service of Canada as Part of the Public Service
Short Title
1 This Order may be cited as the Designation of Certain Portions of the Public Service Order.
Designation
2 The portions of the public service of Canada listed in the schedule are designated as parts of the Public Service and the employees in or under those portions of the public service, who are not otherwise employed in the Public Service, shall be deemed, for the purposes of subsection 2(2) of the Public Service Employment Act, to be persons employed in the Public Service.
