Life Saving Equipment Regulations
Version of section 118 from 2006-03-22 to 2023-12-19:
118 The owner of a service station that services inflatable survival equipment shall ensure that the equipment is serviced
(a) in accordance with Schedule IV; and
(b) by an accredited service technician.
