Life Saving Equipment Regulations

129 Launching devices shall meet the requirements set out
(a) in the case of an existing ship,
(i) in Part I of Schedule IX, or
(ii) in the LSA Code and TP 14475; and
(b) in the case of a new ship, in the LSA Code and TP 14475.
