107 Where land, any structure on land, or any interest relating thereto is the object of litigation under sections 91 to 100 of the Act, the registrar may, once a copy of the statement of claim, signed by the plaintiff’s legal counsel, is filed with the court, issue a certificate of lis pendens and, if the plaintiff is unsuccessful in whole or in part, a certificate of disallowance.
