Fertilizers Regulations
Version of section 22 from 2015-02-27 to 2020-10-25:
22 Every sample of a fertilizer or supplement taken by an inspector for analysis shall,
(a) be taken in a manner approved by the Director;
(b) represent fairly the lot of fertilizer or supplement from which it is taken; and
(c) be of sufficient size for analysis.
