Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 24(3) Footnote a of the Auditor General Act, hereby makes the annexed Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments.

Direction

 The requirements of subsections 24(1) and (2) of the Auditor General Act apply in respect of the departments set out in the schedule.

Coming into Force

 This Direction comes into force on July 20, 2004.
