Order Designating the Minister of Public Works and Government Services for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Shared Services Canada ActFootnote a, designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act, effective on the day on which section 711 of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity ActFootnote b comes into force.
