• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2014-912 of August 15, 2014Footnote ^b; and

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/2014-73

• (b) designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board ActFootnote ^a.
