• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2015-194 of February 9, 2015Footnote ^b; and

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/2015-13

• (b) designates the Minister of Canadian Heritage, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the National Capital ActFootnote ^a.
