Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport ActFootnote ^a,

(a) repeals paragraph (c) of Order in Council P.C. 2017-1110 of August 28, 2017Footnote ^b; and
- Return to footnote ^bSI/2017-46
(b) designates the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.
