Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 8 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation ActFootnote a,
(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1419 of November 21, 2018Footnote b; and
(b) designates the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
