Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport ActFootnote ^a,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1365 of November 20, 2019Footnote ^b; and
(b) designates the Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.
