Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in section 2 of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation ActFootnote ^a,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1384 of December 2, 2019Footnote ^b; and
- Return to footnote ^bSI/2019-133
(b) designates the Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
