Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-940 of October 26, 2021Footnote ^a; and
- Return to footnote ^aSI/2021-85
(b) designates the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Referendum ActFootnote ^b.
