• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 1983-3832 of December 7, 1983Footnote ^b; and

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/83-225

• (b) designates the Minister for International Trade, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
